Reputed IT company urgently hiring for The IT Help Desk Support Engineer / Technician.
Education and certifications
experience and skills
General experience
Must have three to five years of experience in design, maintenance, and operation of small to medium networks. This experience must include administrating corporate or business user accounts managing mail servers, printer servers, and web servers. experience in systems management, monitoring and sustainment; hardware repair for servers, PCs, peripheral.
Equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment.
Specialized experience
Microsoft Enterprise Server 2008/2012 or later version.
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (or later version) and other mail applications (local and remote)
Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 or later version.
Network server backup
DHCP, DNS, WINS, and domain controllers
Site-specific equipment listed in the task order.
BMC Remedy
Hardware troubleshooting, installing, servers, personal computers, and peripheral equipment.
Software installation, maintenance, and sustainment.
Customer service and remote support
Knowledge SCCM and work experience SCCM Environment.
experience in providing Level 1 IT Support to end user IT services such as desktop/laptop hardware and operating system, collaboration tools such as email client, MS Teams, etc, Printers, Scanners.
Hands on experience to perform remote troubleshooting.
experience in managing high volume of customer service.
Overarching broad based IT Knowledge across the whole domain.
Proficient in quality, processes and best practices.
Broad understanding of emerging technologies and market needs within IT Service Desk domain.
experience of working in a customer service environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
experience of working in the region and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously.
A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
