As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of cold rooms, walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician, preferably in the maintenance of cold rooms and bakery equipment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and bakery equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
