Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct Audits: Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits of OHSMS, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) based on ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 standards.
Audit Planning: Develop audit plans, including scope, objectives, and audit criteria. Schedule audits and ensure all necessary preparations are completed.
Audit Execution: Perform on-site and remote audits, interviewing employees, reviewing documentation, and observing practices to assess compliance.
Analytics Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze internal data s, and other sources to identify trends, areas for improvement, potential risks and calculate ROI. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics for OHSMS, QMS, and EMS to ensure continuous improvement.
Content Creation Responsibilities: Content Development: Create engaging and informative content for internal and external communications, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
Policy Writing Responsibilities: New Policy Formulation: Develop new occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental policies based on audit findings, industry best practices, and ISO standards.
Policy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new policies, ensuring they are integrated into the organization's management systems and adhered to by all employees.
Tender and Proposal Preparation Responsibilities: Tender Preparation: Assist management in preparing various tenders and prequalification documents, ensuring all necessary information and documentation related to occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards are included.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. Certification: Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. Certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 is highly desirable. experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, quality management, and environmental management, with at least 3 years in auditing OHSMS, QMS, and EMS. experience in content creation, policy writing, and tender preparation is highly desirable.
