Looking for Filipina Secretary Receptionist

Requirements:
Preferably have work experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Good in Written and Verbal Communication
Good Costumer Service
Telephone Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Multitasking and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritize task.
Have basic knowledge in Accounting
Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Professionalism

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the business centre.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Responsible with the invoices, SOA, LPO and quotations.
Be keen to details and able to work indepedently with minimal supervision.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Salary will be discussed upon interview.
