Operate and monitor interlock, block, and kerbstone manufacturing machines.
Maintain correct proportion of raw materials (cement, sand, color, etc.).
Perform machine start-up, adjustments, and cleaning.
Achieve daily production targets as per schedule.
Report any technical issues or machine breakdowns to the supervisor.
Follow all factory safety and cleanliness standards.
Perform routine maintenance (oil, lubrication, filter checks).
Inspect finished blocks/interlocks for quality (shape, color, strength).
Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in block/interlock machine operation.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Physically fit and hardworking.

Willing to work in shift duties (day/night).
