URGENT HIRING – MALE AFRICAN COOK

We are urgently hiring a Male African Cook with a strong catering background to join our team.

Job Description

Prepare and cook 500 to 1000 meals per day for staff and site operations.

Plan and execute daily menus based on available ingredients and dietary requirements.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet catering standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Manage kitchen helpers and support staff to ensure smooth operation.

Monitor food storage, inventory, and cost control to minimize waste.

Follow HACCP and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook/Chef in a catering or large kitchen setup.

Ability to work under pressure and meet meal deadlines.

Knowledge of African, Arabic, and Continental cuisine is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
