Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) - An Award- winning catering company, provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and other airlines that service Hamad International Airport.

About Your Job:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the flawless and timely daily operation of meal and tray assembly as well as that of Amiri flight handling. You will be responsible for ensuring meals are pre- set as per standard menu grid specification and GLP provided by airlines and set up activities are carried out as per Food Safety Guidelines with 100% control of HACCP requirements.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring that Assembly and Amiri provide efficient and exceptional standards of service

Developing, implementing and conducting training programs in conjunction with QACC managers, ensuring the training programs target all employees and comply with company policy

Organising the implementation of management instructions including customer service, aircraft catering delivery and handling, food safety, HACCP, quality control and health & safety

Liaising with airline representatives to ensure full department compliance relating to their policies and procedures

Responsibility for non- conformances or VR including reporting of such incidents including investigation and recommendations for corrective action

Assigning new projects to Assembly seniors to reduce injuries and increase operational reliability

Establishing and managing forecasting and analysis procedures for determining load factor trends to establish an appropriate level of required staffing and scheduling

Ensuring compliance with the company Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines

Organising and monitoring tray set and aircraft cart with dishes, hand over and sign off processes for all catering orders

Preparing clear reports with facts and figures in case of flight delay, accidents, incidents or any operational emergencies

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Minimum of 7 years of job- related experience

Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow

Strong mentoring and coaching skills

Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills

Ability to foster teamwork among team members
