Key Responsibilities:
BIM expertise to review, validate, and coordinate mechanical BIM models.
Model Review and Quality Control: Validate BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes.
Standards and Documentation: Maintain BIM standards, prepare review reports, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

Requirements:
Education and experience: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; 5 + years in AEC industry, 5 + years with BIM.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360; strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing.
