Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication

Valid GMAW (MIG) Welder certification required

Experience in welding box girders, plate structures, stiffeners, and heavy steel assemblies

Ability to perform welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions

Familiarity with structural welding codes such as AWS D1.1 or equivalent

Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols

Experience with steel plate thicknesses from 6 mm and above
