Position- Office Admin

Gender- Male

We are looking for an experienced (GCC- more than 3 years) female candidate for an Office Admin position

Candidate should possess:

1. A good command of the English language is mandatory.

2. Fluent in typing email/letter drafting (English) is mandatory.

3. Good and thorough knowledge of MS Office.

4. Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize project- related documents.

2. Efficiency to verify data integrity and document completeness.

3. Support the sales team in creating reports and documentation for the submission.

4. Able to make Quotations.

4. Able to answer phone calls and emails.

5. Office communication.

6. Able to coordinate the customers and the technical team.

7. Able to communicate with customers professionally and efficiently.
