OFFICE SECREATRY- BILINGUIL( ENGLISH, FRENCH & ARABIC )

Maintain executives' calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.

Draft and edit correspondence, emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives.

Manage phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as necessary.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials for executive meetings.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both in physical and digital formats.

Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations or reports as requested.

Maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and communications.

Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating deadlines, tracking progress, and liaising with team members.

Oversee the day- to- day operations of the executive office, including office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
