Basic Requirements

• Valid Qatar QID, NOC & Driving license (Car will be provided) Should be available in Qatar, ready to join immediately.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or law

• Certification in Credit control/collection

• 5+ year of experience in debt collection in Qatar (Age Must be above 35)

• Adhere to all government laws and regulations

• Knowledge in debt collection & Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal, written in (Arabic, English) and interpersonal skills

• Confident and brave personality to approach and work with disagreeable defaulters

• Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.

• Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.

• Implement credit policies and procedures that maintain the smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.

• Salary 7500/-(Full Package) (Salary negotiable depends on performance in interview).
