Female Outdoor Sales Executive (Cosmetics)
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Have a full understanding of the brand, skin, Skincare products and services. Attend, engage and participate in all brand training and implement afterwards. Be aware of competitors products and activity in the market. Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the skincare market. Complete all personal sales reports and assignments on time. Be aware of and follow rules and regulations. Closely monitor stock levels and report stock shortages and expiries. Maintaining the counter quality and merchandising. Build and maintain customer relationships and create customer loyalty. Maximize sales and achieve sales target. Make appropriate, personalized service based on customer needs. Have a strong focus on link selling, cross selling and the recruitment of new customers. Demonstrate usage and benefits of various products and provide beauty, care and daily life advise. Assist customers by finding substitutions for returned merchandise and/or out of stock items. Requirements: Previous experience as a Beauty/Sales Associate or similar role Extensive knowledge of skincare products Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot. Understanding of which products suit different skin types. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor s degree or other high-diploma is a must. Self-motivation, problem-solving skills and creative skills is a bonus. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. Candidate should be in Qatar with NOC to join immediately Minimum 2 + years of sales experience.
