Painting supervisor
(Steel structural spray paint)
Location: Industrial Area, Qatar
Duration: 4 Months (Extendable)
Description:
We are seeking a qualified Painting Supervisor to join our team As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of painting operations in our fabrication yard.
Qualification
Plan, organize, and supervise painting activities and steel blasting for steel structures.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Manage and coordinate painting crews, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance.
Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications and identify any defects.
Maintain accurate records of painting activities, materials used, and progress.
Order and manage paint supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor in the industrial or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
