SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Culinary Certificate/Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 3 years of experience as Pastry Chef (Cake)

• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes

• Able to handle work in a fast- paced environment
