Job Vacancy: Pastry Chef (Local Hire – Qatar)

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our catering operations in Qatar.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in industrial or large- scale catering.

Capable of preparing pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods for up to 2,500 guests per day.

Experience in high- volume food production while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Must be available for local hire in Qatar.

Transferable QID/NOC is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast- paced catering environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery items.

Plan and manage pastry production to meet large- scale catering requirements.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and HACCP compliance.

Monitor inventory and minimise food waste.

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
