We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, employee data management, and monthly salary reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records and payroll data.
Handle additions, deductions, overtime, and leave encashment.
Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance for payroll-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.
Prepare payroll reports as required
Requirements: 5 years of payroll experience in Qatar Strong knowledge of WPS, payroll systems, and MS Excel Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law High attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent communication and analytical skills Must be available to join immediately.
