PLANNER

Location : Al Waab

Must have 10 yrs experience including consultancy

Duration: 15 days

Responsibilities/Tasks:

•  Reviewing of Baseline Programs and Project plans (Activities, Relationships, Cost loading, resource loading etc.)

•  Reviewing of Contractor’s weekly/monthly progress reports, presentations etc.

•  Monitor and report Design/Construction progress for projects

•  Attending weekly progress meetings and presenting updates on the project’s progress to the client

•  Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports, presentations and dashboards for the client

•  Perform delays analysis and giving recommendations for recovery of delays

•  Challenging claims and extension of time (EOT) requests

•  Prepare risk assessment and mitigations plans (Risk Registers and RMP)

•  Lead the Planning Engineers, delegate tasks and develop their skills and expertise

•  Manage technical office team (Junior Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Contact Administrators)

•  Draft Contractual correspondence letters addressing to the project stakeholders.
