We are recruiting Planning & Scheduling Engineers for our client. The candidates will be responsible for all planning and scheduling activities, including planning, monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting, in coordination with QatarEnergy’s Turnaround Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and control turnaround schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Prepare manpower/resource plans and detailed planning packages.

Monitor execution progress and prepare daily reports, histograms, manpower curves, and S- curves.

Maintain planning records and provide updates to QatarEnergy.

Liaise daily with QatarEnergy planning team and attend review meetings.

Provide accurate planning data, schedules, and updates as required.

Support schedule analysis, delay tracking, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas/refinery/petrochemical projects.

Strong planning experience in oil & gas/refinery projects.

Strong hands- on experience in Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project (latest versions)

Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 8 months & extendable
