Objective:

Facilitate effective project execution and continuous progress in the assigned projects from planning phase through installation and commissioning to final handover - ensuring full alignment with customer requirements, with strict adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and all applicable technical, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: (as a minimum)

 Review the contract specifications, process design and client requirements and prepare the required technical documentations for approval by the client/consultant

 Plan and expedite all activities related to the project execution.

 Coordinate with all stakeholders and oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

 Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and designs.

 Provide technical support to the site team and ensure accurate implementation of drawings and specifications.

 Organise the delivery of materials, mobilisation of manpower and equipment necessary for installation, commissioning and handover of projects in accordance with the Project Schedule.

 Enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

 Ensure full compliance with assigned HSE responsibilities, accountabilities, and authorities as per company policy and regulatory requirements.

 Work closely with QC and HSE teams to ensure timely initiation and execution of all required audits, inspections, and tests

 Organise and control installation and commissioning activities on site; supervising site personnel; ensuring adherence to technical, quality and safety standards

 Take a proactive approach to identify and address the problems before they escalate.

 Maintain detailed records of project activities, progress reports, and technical documentation.

 Report regularly to senior management on project status.
