Project Manager (Fit Out) Job

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of work on construction projects in our Company. This includes managing resources, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining client relationships and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To oversee and manage the operations, planning and execution of the project.

2. Daily follow- up (operation teams, sites).

3. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

4. Forecast requirements

5. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions

6. Plan and review the actions; enforce policies and procedures

7. Make plans, direct, coordinate, and manage our (specialties) activities in the project area to ensure project progress and completion in accordance with the overall project plan.

8. Coordinate consultants and the Main- contractors in the assigned area to keep the project compliant with Budget, Schedule, Quality, and HSE requirements.

9. Take complete accountability for projects' work stream and shall be accomplished to complete projects within the agreed costs and time.

10. Construction and project management background

11. Maintains excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Should have a valid QID

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in the construction industry.

• Solid understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and project management software.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and handle complex project demands.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency with project management.

• Strong organizational, time- management, and problem- solving abilities.

• Expertise in budget and cost control and the ability to negotiate with clients and contractors.

• In- depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision- making skills.
