* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

* Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.

* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Construction Projects and Construction Project Management.

* Relevant work experience in project planning, preferably within the same industry (ex. construction)

* Proven track record of successful project delivery.
