-5 to 8 years' experience as a maintenance supervisor.

-Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.

-Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Must possess proven experience in dealing with different entities and coordinating with consultants / contractor.

-Driving License (GCC Preferred)

-Highly developed team management skills.
