We are seeking a Multi-talented Public Relations Officer to join our team. Arab Nationals preferred and will be responsible for timely renewal of Trade licenses, CR, Computer Cards, RP, Vehicle registration, Civil defense permits etc. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with government departments, stakeholders, and the public, as well as dealing with labor / immigration officials and own employees.
Job Description
Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and government agencies in Qatar. Main responsibilities related with Municipality, Civil Defense, Immigration, Labor, Police, Ashgal etc. Should be well aware for online works in all major government websites.
License: Streamline the processing of permits, visas, licenses, and other essential documentation necessary for business activities.
Renewals: The timely renewal of employee residency, passports, health cards, and health certificates to prevent expiration.
Legal: Stay updated on regulatory changes and legal requirements, advising the company on labor / immigration related changes/laws.
Communication: Facilitate communication within the company's internal teams, nurturing strong relationships for effective collaboration.
Salary Details
Gross salary will be in the range of Qrs.8,500/- along with Medical, Insurance, Leave Salary, Gratuity, Leave Air tickets etc.

Candidate Requirements
Should be in the Age Group of 25 to 40 years and with Minimum 5-10 years Doha experience.
Able to communicate in English/Arabic
Degree Holder, should be experienced in online works in Hukkumi, Civil Defense, MOI etc.
Doha Based /GCC experienced Candidates with own car and driving license preferred.
