We are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor that will ensures all our products or projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications by developing inspection procedures, leading the inspection team, and managing non- conformance reports. Oversee testing, analyze data to identify defects, liaise with contractors/clients, and implement corrective actions.

1. Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.

2. Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and understand the product requirements.

3. Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.

4. Resolving quality- related issues adhering to deadlines.

5. Design an efficient design protocol which can be used across all domain.

6. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.

7. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.

8. Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.

9. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.

10. Monitor the production phase at various levels.

11. Guide testing activities to ensure correct testing volumes, conditions and processes are employed.

12. Implement the organization's operational excellence model for laboratory work.

13. Implement validation processes for production lines and review processes for products and packaging quality.

14. Inspect outgoing shipments for picking errors, and analyse possible gaps to prevent future errors.

15. Monitor critical control points in QC processes.

16. Perform inspections and tests on laboratory infrastructure and equipment.

17. Perform internal audits and analyse possible issues to develop corrective actions to resolve them.

18. Perform routine and non- standard tests of materials and products.

Having a bachelor’s degree or any equivalent education with excellent documentation and presentation skills; knowledge of Microsoft office; Profound knowledge of quality control standards preferably in a Plastics Manufacturing Industry.
