Key Responsibilities

* Incoming Material Inspection

* Inspect and verify incoming raw materials such as steel coils, aluminum sheets, polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) chemicals, adhesives, and packaging materials.

* Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and supplier requirements.

* Maintain records of incoming material inspections and test results.

In- Process Quality Control

* Monitor production activities throughout the sandwich panel manufacturing process.

* Verify machine settings, panel dimensions, thickness, density, and bonding quality.

* Conduct routine inspections during production to identify defects or deviations.

* Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

* Finished Product Inspection

* Inspect completed sandwich panels for appearance, dimensions, surface quality, adhesion, and structural integrity.

* Perform product testing such as:

* Panel thickness measurement

* Density testing

* Bond strength/adhesion testing

* Dimensional accuracy checks

* Visual inspection for dents, scratches, delamination, and other defects

* Approve or reject finished products based on quality requirements.
