Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contractual matters for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective cost control, accurate valuations, and timely financial reporting throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Monitor project costs and control budgets.
Prepare and evaluate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Review subcontractor quotations and recommend awards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Assist in claim preparation and cost negotiations.
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD , and quantity surveying software.
Good understanding of FIDIC or similar contract forms.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

GCC / Qatar project experience
