Key Responsibilities

-Preparing contract documents, including tender documents, contracts, and subcontracts, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the best value is obtained for materials and services.

-Reviewing and analyzing construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure that they are accurate and complete.

-Monitoring and managing construction contracts, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, and making recommendations for cost savings where possible.

-Conducting cost value reconciliation, preparing final accounts, and negotiating any differences with contractors

-Preparing and submitting invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.

-Ensuring that construction contracts are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

-Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records of contracts, subcontracts, and cost estimates.

Experience & Qualification:

-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in contract administration and cost estimation.

-Experience- 5 - 8 years of experience
