We are looking for a female receptionist to work for five stars salon located in Qatar.
- 2 Years of experience as a Receptionist.
- Fluent in English.
-- Computer skills.
- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email, and answer the phones calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
