We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company s general administrative activities including support in documentations of Construction and Sales Department.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
