JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruitment Assistant
Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems;
Tracking and updating recruitment activities;
Assisting in arrangement of relevant documents for the Interview process.
Keep a track of interview results and presenting the same upon requirement.
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Ensuring receipt of complete set of documents from Agencies/Departments.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.
Keeping a Track of Candidate database, documents received from the candidates, and maintain the complete set of documents pertaining to the recruitment process.
Generate Offer Letters and related documents.
Preparation of visa request form and ensuring all the relevant documents are processed accordingly.
Organizing and Conducting Local recruitment.
Handing over the complete set of candidate documents for Human Resources filing upon their joining.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Human Resources Officer
Receiving of incident report from the departments and conducting investigations.
Responsible for handling Issues including employees for termination, stopped duty, work refusal, Violation of camp policy both male and Female, violation of policy etc.
Preparing Warning Letters and maintaining the same in Database for future reference.
Accountable for Residency Permit Monitoring. This activity includes Issuance of New RP, Vacation/ Leave Application Renewal, Gate Pass Renewal, Food Handling Medical Renewal, Operational Requirements, Entering and Updating RP to the System.
Responsible for Shoes and Uniform request for New Employees. Coordinating with Warehouse and Camp for ensuring the employees have received the same.
Active SPOC (Specific Point of Contact) to any Employee Grievances and related issues.
Manage and update Human Resources databases with different information such as new hires, Resignations, vacation and other Human Resources services requests.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Exit interview scheduling.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience on related field.
College Level
Good Computer Skills
Good Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
