We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Knowledge of healthy food concepts, coffee operations, and beverage service is an advantage.
Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and supervise front- of- house and back- of- house teams.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Control inventory, ordering, and operational costs.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare reports and support business growth initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers and management to ensure efficient operations.
