Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have significant pre-opening experience in the restaurant industry, demonstrating the ability to successfully plan, execute, and manage all aspects of a restaurant s pre-opening phase.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Ensure F and B outlet operate efficiently and profitably, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
Conduct regular inspections of F and B outlet to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor and manage F and B budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to maximize profitability.
Manage and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to develop innovative and appealing menus.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate must have significant pre-opening experience in the restaurant industry.
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
