Job Description

▪ Achieve sales targets indicators as required by the company.

▪ Develop and execute sales and marketing proposals.

▪ Conceptualize business development plans for approval of management.

▪ Make presentations to clients.

▪ Develops training proposals and tender/bidding proposals.

▪ Identify potential clients; build good relationships with potential and existing clients.

▪ Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.

▪ Follow up with client companies and industries to create more projects.

▪ Plan strategically and develop new business ideas.

▪ Conduct training needs analysis to potential and existing clients.

▪ Maintain accurate records of all sales contacts.

▪ Analyze the requirements of the clients and offer proposals.

▪ Attends to other business development related tasks.

▪ Observes and complies with company health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

▪ MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent or above

▪ Possesses excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and people skills.

▪ Applicants must be flexible, fast- learner, and a good team player.

▪ Minimum of 2 years’ experience (preferably in Telecom, Insurance, or Training field)

▪ Preferably Qatar Driving license and transferrable visa
