Sales Consultant (Real Estate Experience)
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Full- Time
Salary: Competitive / Based on Experience &/ Commission
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, area trends, and competitor offerings.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Build and maintain a strong client network through effective communication and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain up- to- date knowledge of legal documentation and procedures related to property transactions
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market, regulations, and property types.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target- driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable with a professional demeanor and client- focused attitude.
Key Requirements:
• Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Open to full- time employment who’s available to join immediately
