We are seeking a creative and skilled Junior Sales/Interior Designer, preferably Filipino female ,The ideal candidate will have Design skills, Sales and Marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design :
* You will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations. Design architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software that align with market trends and client requirements.
* Develop and present design concepts Create mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visualizations ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client needs are met.
* Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on project requirements and budget.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is realized during implementation. Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for project execution.
* Manage multiple design projects, coordinating timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
* Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design issues.
Sales :
* Driving Sales, meet with clients and Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals by building strong communication with them. Customer interaction, sales presentations, product knowledge, understanding clients needs.
Marketing :
* Design promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and social media graphics. Develop and execute effective marketing videos and posts on social media to promote products and enhance brand visibility, Work on Website data entry and design, work on showroom and product displays to maximize visual appeal and customer interest.
Qualifications and Skills
Design:
* Proficiency in 2d-3d designs.
* Proficiency in design softwaresuch as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona Render, and Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Knowledge of design trends, materials, and finishes.
* Ability to create and manage design concepts from start to finish.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Creativity and attention to details in design.
For Sales/Marketing:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
* Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or any other similar)
* Creativity in promotional content
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

* experience: Entry level-Bachelor degree in interior design or Architecture with (1-3 years experience.
Salary Package:
* QAR 3,000 - QAR4,000 per month +Sales commission.
