Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations that explain complex signage products (e.g., digital displays, custom fabricated signs, installation processes) to prospective clients and non- technical audiences.
Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Consult with clients and the internal sales/engineering teams to determine specific product, system, and design requirements, often assisting in the design of custom solutions to meet unique needs.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Develop detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation (including technical drawings or specifications) for projects and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
Sales & Business Development: Actively seek new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, negotiate contract terms, and secure orders to meet or exceed sales targets.
Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams (e.g., design, production, engineering, installation) to ensure seamless project execution, on- time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide pre- sales technical assistance and post- sales support, including helping customers troubleshoot problems and recommending improved or upgraded products/services.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies (e.g., content delivery models for digital signage, new materials), and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and product development
