Sales Executive & Coordinator (Water Factory)

The Sales Executive & Coordinator is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities for the water factory. This dual- role position requires a blend of strategic sales skills and organizational abilities to manage day- to- day sales operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying, managing, and securing tender opportunities for the water factory. This role involves extensive research, preparation of tender documents, negotiation, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful bids.
Duties and Tasks:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the water industry, including new markets and customer segments.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and marketing strategies.
Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records.
Key Responsibilities:

3.Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
4.Collaborate with the sales team to support in achieving sales targets.
5.Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
6.Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow- up activities with clients.
7.Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
8.Organize and maintain sales documentation and records for easy reference and retrieval.
9.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
•At least 2 – 5 years of proven experience in tender sales, preferably within the water or related industries in water bottling company or FMCG.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Strong organizational and project management abilities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
•Customer- focused with a positive attitude.
•Holder of Qatar driving license
•Arabic National
