We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our client base for fresh sugarcane supply and juicing machines rental. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with businesses (cafeterias, juice shops, supermarkets, and restaurants), and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target cafeterias, juice bars, hotels, supermarkets, and restaurants* that require fresh sugarcane and juicing machines.
- Conduct field visits to introduce products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Sales and Order Management:
- Take customer orders via phone, Whats App, or in-person visits.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain records of sales, payments, and client preferences.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
- Promote the business through social media, networking, and direct marketing.
- Suggest and implement marketing strategies to improve sales.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and exhibitions (if required).
Follow-ups and Customer Support:
- Regularly check with clients about their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the F and B, FMCG, or fresh produce industry.
Language Skills: English required; Arabic is a plus.
Sales Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Whats App Business, CRM tools, and Excel.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and meet targets.
Valid Driving License (Preferred): Should be able to travel and meet clients.
