Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will lead the sales efforts for fire safety systems, focusing on growing the client base, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening market presence. You will manage a team of sales representatives, build strong relationships with key clients, and identify opportunities to position the company as a leader in fire safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities in key markets, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and regulatory requirements for fire safety systems.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals.
Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Organize regular training sessions on fire safety products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, facility managers, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Product Expertise & Market Insights:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s fire safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and monitoring systems.
Provide feedback to the product team about client requirements and industry trends.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Analyze competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
