As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Federico Genera, responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience to our distinguished clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Deliver personalized, one-on-one service to every customer, understanding their preferences and guiding them through our exquisite selection of fragrances.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our perfume collections, ingredients, and brand history to provide expert recommendations and advice.
Sales and Upselling: Drive sales through proactive engagement, suggest complementary products, and offer tailored fragrance experiences.
Customer Loyalty: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty.
Store Presentation: Maintain a visually stunning and organized store environment that reflects the high-end nature of Federico Genera.
Event Assistance: Support in-store events, product launches, and private fragrance consultations, ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience for all attendees.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock control, ensuring that inventory is up-to-date, and maintain stock displays to highlight the most exclusive and new arrivals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and the store manager to achieve sales targets and create a cohesive, positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with a discerning clientele.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with attention to detail and a focus on building lasting relationships.
Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a natural flair for upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
