Job Description
Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader / Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, and driving new business opportunities within the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate, train, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Organize local and overseas property events to promote projects and attract potential clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
• Provide professional consultation to clients on buying & selling properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competitors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
• Maintain up- to- date knowledge of legal documentation and real estate transaction procedures.
• Contribute to overall team performance while meeting individual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market, regulations, and property types.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Azerbaijani, or multiple languages is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target- driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable, professional, and client- focused.

• Must be available for immediate joining.
