Make- up Artist/Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

Makeup Artist Duties:

- Provide professional makeup services, including bridal, evening, and special occasion looks.

- Offer expert advice on makeup techniques, products, and skincare to clients.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of makeup tools and workstations.

- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

- Assist in recommending and selling beauty products.

Receptionist Duties:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

- Manage appointment scheduling via phone, WhatsApp, and booking software.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about salon services.

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

- Manage social media updates, including posting promotions and stories.

- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio.

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a salon or spa is a plus.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in using booking systems and social media platforms.

- Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.

- Professional, well- groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
