Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our project team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in scaffolding supervision, erection, inspection, and safety compliance. The candidate must hold a valid CISRS certificate and have proven experience managing scaffolding teams on construction/industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily scaffolding activities including erection, modification, and dismantling

Ensure scaffolding work is carried out safely and in compliance with site HSE standards

Conduct scaffolding inspections and ensure proper tagging system is maintained

Coordinate with site management, engineers, and subcontractors for scaffolding requirements

Assign tasks and manage scaffolding workforce productivity

Ensure scaffolding materials are used properly and stored safely

Prepare daily progress reports and ensure work meets project schedules

Maintain compliance with relevant scaffolding standards and regulations

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor

Must hold a valid CISRS Certificate

Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety procedures and inspection standards

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams and handle site coordination effectively

Immediate availability is preferred
