We re Hiring: Secretary Position Available!

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and have a knack for managing administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

### Position: Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Support senior management with various tasks as required.

Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
