Job Title: Secretary cum Administrative Officer.
Location: Doha
Company: Kamal Trading and Contracting company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.
Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and maintain executive calendars.
Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Oversee office operations, including inventory management and procurement.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for Management Team.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy accessibility.
Qualifications and experience:
A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
experience in managing complex schedules and handling sensitive information.
