· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field

· Must have minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Qatar (2 yrs. Corporate experience) in handling talent acquisition, blue collar hirings, employee engagements, performance appraisal, employee relations & communication, employee grievances handling

· Knowledgeable in Qatar labor law, compensation and benefits etc.

Location: Al Khor – candidate must be willing to relocate in Al Khor

Candidate must have valid QID with NOC

With Oil/Gas industry background is a plus
