Educational Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (required).
Master s Degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or Information Systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Professional Certifications (highly valued for this role):
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
Fortinet NSE (Level 4 or higher)
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Security) or Cisco ISE specialization.
Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst / Azure Security Engineer Associate.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
ITIL Foundation (for governance and process alignment)
