Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our workshop for after-sales service inquiries and assistance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining service options, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Coordinate service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs and workshop capacity.
Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of service requirements.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including customer information, service requests, and service history.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize workshop efficiency and uphold quality standards.
