KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service needs.

• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure accurate job estimation and timely completion.

• Prepare service orders, estimates, and repair documentation.

• Maintain regular communication with customers on job status and approvals.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after- sales support.

• Uphold company service standards and workshop procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in the automobile industry as a

• Mechanical or Bodyshop Service Advisor.

• Proficient in Arabic, English, and Hindi (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
